Imagine a gym featuring the latest equipment, playing your favorite music, and offering complimentary water and towels. You can exhale; this is not a globo-gym.
In the studio, I coach clients on form, balance, and strength using core and bodyweight exercises. The equipment includes:
- Bosu and Physio Balls
- TRX and Resistance Bands
- Medicine balls and Foam Rollers
Conveniently located in the Uptown Shopping Center in Hillcrest, there is plenty of free parking available.
